Who was St. Margaret Mary?
Born in France in 1647, St. Margaret Mary entered the Visitation convent and received several visions of Jesus during her life. In these visions, Jesus revealed His Sacred Heart, overflowing with love and mercy for all people. He asked her to spread this devotion, which now touches the hearts of millions worldwide.
Through her deep faith and tireless efforts, St. Margaret Mary helped establish the First Fridays devotion and the Feast of the Sacred Heart. Her life reminds us of the boundless love of Christ and the importance of trusting in His mercy.

- I promise you in the excessive mercy of my Heart that my all-powerful love will grant to all those who receive Holy Communion on the First Fridays in nine consecutive months the grace of final perseverance; they shall not die in my disgrace, nor without receiving their sacraments. My divine Heart shall be their safe refuge in this last moment.
